I am seeking a lab technician with experience in PCR testing and DNA extraction. The project involves testing tissue samples using a method suitable for DNA extraction. We require 10-50 PCR tests to be conducted. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of the following:
- PCR testing and DNA extraction
- Suitable methods for DNA extraction from tissue samples
- Conducting PCR tests
- Handling and processing tissue samples in a lab environment
Candidates with experience working in a laboratory and with a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field will be preferred.
(I am Phd student in dermatology Dept , I want someone who can make PCR test for my experiment in lab and cell plant because I do not have lab. I mean he / she make the experiment in lab from scratch and zero level until get result then analysis all data result then recommendations for improvement my research paper.)
