I need a program to be written in Arduino that reads data from 3 sensors – an EMG sensor in Analog pin 0, a pulse sensor in Analog pin 1, and an accelerometer in Analog pins 4 and 5 (SDA and SCL). These components must then have the data from each device be displayed either graphically, or separately have their data saved and displayed in a CSV file in graph form.
The sensors being used are a Pulse Sensor Amped, Advancer Technologies Muscle Sensor V3, and an MPU-6050 Breakout Board from Sparkfun. Attached to this file is a set of code that I have that collected data from all of these devices, which was sent over to the Serial port of their device. From there, the code would both be sent over a Bluetooth connection to a mobile device to collect data, as well as being displayed.
Overall, the new code that would be written would have to be able to be displayed in the program Processing, as well as still have data present in the Serial port that can be sent via a Bluetooth connection. The data from each sensor must be visible separately, in their own tabs. It should also be saved in a CSV file. The data coming in must all be recorded and made visible in real time as well. Please see the example code to get an idea of what we are trying to achieve. The AllSensorsTogether code features all 3 of the sensors together, the accelerometer code features just as the name says, and the M and P sensors feature code for the muscle and pulse sensor, which works in conjunction with the interrupt file.
