Hi Sunil G., Last week I did a very similar Spring Boot microservice rollout on GCP (GKE + Cloud SQL) for a US client, so I’m confident I can handle this really well. My availablity is full‑time IST and I overlap with your India/Iran team daily. i would like to know the below. - Which GCP runtime are you on (GKE, Cloud Run, or App Engine) and is MySQL on Cloud SQL? - What are the top 2 features/bugs to tackle first, and any SLA/latency targets? I think we should. - Add Resilience4j (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers) to every outbound call. - Tune Hikari pool and add a small Redis cache for hot reads. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I review current repos, CI/CD, infra, and env configs; document service contracts and data flows. 2) I set up local env with Cloud SQL Proxy, secrets, and seed data; run one service end‑to‑end. 3) I deliver the first high‑value change with clean tests, Flyway migration, and clear rollback steps. 4) I tighten DevOps: repeatable builds, blue/green or canary deploys, logging/metrics on GCP, alerts. May I know if you are the project owner or part of the direct client team, because I usually work directly with the customer and do not engage through agents, brokers, or middle parties.
