Access Database recording flight and shop sales for Flying Club

Job Description:
I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help me create an access database to record customer flight records and to record shop sales for my Flying Club.
The database needs to store customer details, pilot/instructor details, aircraft details, flight purposes, and the associated customer's flights, as well as their payment details. The database needs to be able to combine the sale of a flight (which should reflect the aircraft used, the associated purpose of flight, the instructor details, the take off and landing details) together with any additional products sold from the small shop facility. The shop element does not require stock control.
The only true complication is that flights are sold depending on the aircraft type used, whether it was instructor supervised or privately hired, and most importantly by the length of flight which is not dictated until the flight is completed - meaning that they are not a generic shop product.
The database is to be Microsoft Access based, and will be operated on a stand alone workstation which does not currently have touch screen capability - so the input will be keyboard and mouse driven.
We are a small company with limited resources especially in an era where the aviation industry, like many others, is still experiencing the aftermath of pandemic, so I require the project expenses to be controlled as far as possible.
I'm looking for a freelancer who can come up with an efficient and effective way to track, monitor, and store all of the above information, so that the Flying Club can remain streamlined and organized.
