We use Office 365 Business Extra at the company. We want to establish a Document Management system with existing Office 365 facilities. Ex. When Accounting in Sharepoint uploads an invoice, choose the person to send it for approval, whether that person approves or rejects it. If necessary, go to the third party for approval. The last confirmation should replace the document in the rejection list. This can be for invoices, or for other documents in a separate location. Who is waiting for approval, who can approve when, why refused, what grades have been seen, Office 365 Business Extra kullanıyoruz şirkette.
