Convert MS Access application's DB part from MS Access to MS SQL

I have an application written in MS Access 2003 SP3. The database is another MS Access files and the DB tables are linked to the application as linked tables. The task is to change the database from MS Access to MS SQL Server 2008 database and make the necessary changes in the application to start using MS SQL tables instead of the MS Access linked tables. In my application I'm using the following techniques to Access and manipulate data: - I have a set of queries to get data from tables (I'm not using queries to manipulate data) - In the code I use [login to view URL] structures to process Records - In the code I use [login to view URL] statements to manipulate data - In the code sometimes I use DCount() and DSum() functions, too The database contains approx. 35 tables (out of which 15 are very similar). The application contains approx. 20 queries. The application contains approx. 30 forms, 30 reports and 6 modules I can accept two solutions: 1. You give me an exact description of how to convert the database and you also give me a description what to do with each and every type of query, command etc. 2. I give you the full application and DB and you do the conversion.
