Display/retrieve specific data you choose from table on a form

Creating a program using Microsoft Access(Not sure if this is possible) just to retrieve data from table. Where user will choose a specific test(s)(no limitation) in a form that retrieve it from table and show it in a list(grid). Below them will show the total of how many OKs, required, preferred and NOs in the field. Where in here will be auto calculated the total with preference(most importance which bottle will be used). Then when you click Combine button, there will be a textbox appear what bottle to use based and on the auto calculated total and show which particular test for the bottle. For more clear instruction, I have attached my database and some scenario and instructions. The interface is just an example how I want it to look like. It can be any other like. The tests in the list is just temporary where the tests will be cleared after you close the program
