This a very simple overview.
I have an Outbound Sales Database created through MS Access which now requires further enahancement. It was developed specifically for contacting residential customers. It now needs to include the ability to contact SME businesses and therefore allow additional fields to be included.
My client provided me with a copy of the new list/spreadsheet which has an additional 13 fields. Understand the database format will change, including but not limited to reporting.
There is a website field in the new list which the client wants their agents to have the ability to see the URL while they are on a call but to also be able to click on it and go to the business website. If you could keep to the same layout/structure as the previous version with some enhancements.
The client also wanted to have the ability for their agents to email an information pack (consisting of letter and PDF brochure) to the customer after they have captured an email address. .
