I need a simple Microsoft Access database that tracks Hard Drives
The tracked Items related to the hard drives will be:
Date entered office
Date left office
Non administrative users must be able to be created and enter information into the forms and create reports. The Access Database must have forms to input new hard-drives. The database must be able to handle new drives coming in and going out. It must be able to add and delete users. All fields must be able to add or remove new drive types as they come in use. The Serial number cannot be duplicated and will be the singular search function for selection of a drive. Old records must have a retire feature but not be fully deleted from the database.
There must be a report that shows how many drives of each type. How many drives of each use. How many in each location. How many to any individual user.
There must be a way that users can select drives to change the location of the drives and generate an email with the selected drives properties CCing the user and a third party.
