Project Scope and Deliverables
Create an Access Database Application to manage Tenants, Contracts/Notices, Maintenance and Inventory.
Create a Data Design for client review and approval. This design typically includes all database tables/fields
and design notes on key forms and outputs.
Create the required database tables including: Rental Contracts, Tenants, Payment Schedules, QB Payments,
Notices, Buildings, Units, Maintenance Requests and Inventory.
Create the Access Forms required to add and maintain the data.
Create key processes used by the application including: Create Payment Schedules, Import QB Payments and
match to schedules, Mail Merge with Notice documents.
Create the necessary Mail Merge Notice documents (in Word). Quote assumes 4 documents: Lease,
Late Notice, Eviction Notice, Renewal Notice.
Create the system Outputs including: Past Due Payments Report, Inventory Report, Maintenance Summary,
Training and Implementation.
