Azure Developer: Disaster Recovery

We are looking for a web service that will poll a folder at a customer site, and whenever content is put into the folder, this service back it up to a Azure storage system. When the customer requests the backup, this service will copy the required backup onto the same folder. This will allow the customer to always ensure they have a backup of key data (put into the folder), and have a catalogue view of what has been kept on the server
A simple but attractive user interface should allow the service to obtain the necc security to access the folder, as well as some additional parameters such as day/time of backup or an option to automatically copy on polling (polling can occur every x mins or x hours)
This same interface should also allow a customer to retrieve a specific backup which they can view in a catalogue
In updated versions we would want the ability to seek out databases, emails, documents within the customers network and copy that (if this can be done in the first version that would also be great)
