We are looking for a marketing freelancer to help build our brand online and grow its digital/online presence across various channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our social media handles and will work with relevant teams to fulfill targets specific to our brand’s strategy, growth, and expansion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Affiliate Marketing
Creating and uploading original content for website and social media pages
Creating content in different formats such as but not limited to texts, images, and videos - according to the specific social media requirements
Owning and managing social media handles of the brand - Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas and channels
Developing, posting, and managing ads on social media
Creating and managing content for mobile marketing and email marketing
Content development in accordance to the brand’s image and goals
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, or related fields, with majors in marketing. Masters in degree in Marketing or MBA in Marketing preferred. Candidates from other fields (e.g., Engineering, Arts) must apply if they are confident to meet the job requirements and responsibilities
Minimum 3-years experience working as a Marketing manager/Marketing freelancer for a renowned company/brand
Relevant past experience (1-year) in companies/brands related to home decor, furniture, and/or furnishings
Have demonstrated past success through KPIs such as increase in number of followers, sales and revenue growth, and expansion of the brand in various geographies
Experience with SEO and SEM
Experience with design tools and content development to create content and ad campaigns specific to the brand
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills to positively impact the brand's growth
Proficient in tools/applications such as Google drive, docs, sheets, and forms and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop connections, foster relationships, and promote the brand
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and excellent creative writing skills
Well versed with all social media platforms and up to date with trends on social media
