Because each client’s workflow is unique, an eagerness to learn new cloud platforms and document processes on the fly is essential. Hours are long-term and consistent, overlapping with Australian business hours (AEST). Reliability, meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will matter more than a long list of prior job titles. Deliverables • Daily availability during agreed hours and same-day responses to agency or client messages • Accurate, timely completion of assigned work inside Office documents or the project board • A concise weekly status update outlining progress, blockers and next steps We’ll start with a paid one-month trial; if both sides are satisfied, the role becomes ongoing with room for progression.
