We moved to O365 as a company for a more seamless integration to Dynamics 365 and GP.
We have not changed the default MRM archiving policy and all was working fine, until I would guess about 2 weeks ago. Now, emails are immediately flagged for "expiry". I am missing emails from November 2016 until November 2017.
No archiving details were changed, this is across the board for 5 users. Microsoft insists it was us that have changed an auto-archiving feature. In everyones Outlook, auto archiving is not check to run.
