PowerBI Daily Max measure required

Job Description:
I have daily data by financial year between 2013 and 2023, the data has categories and sub-categories. I am after a measure/KPI card that tells me the daily max and value and date. I should be able to filter by year or years, category and subcategory and always see the peak value and date.
