Job Title Build proposal and quoting automation using Word templates and Excel pricing (No code / low code) Overview I’m looking for a freelancer to help me build a simple but robust automation to generate proposals and quotes faster. The goal is to take a small set of inputs, automatically populate a Microsoft Word proposal template, pull pricing from a structured price list, and output a finished proposal and quote in Word and PDF format. I do not have a coding background, so the solution needs to be no code or low code and easy for me to maintain once handed over. What the system needs to do (Phase 1) Take inputs such as: Client name Site name Quote number Date Scope selections (eg include install yes or no, include monitoring yes or no) Populate a pre existing Microsoft Word proposal template using placeholders or content controls Pull pricing from a master price list (Excel or Google Sheets) Build a clean pricing table with: Line items Quantities Unit pricing Subtotal GST logic (Australia) Total Automatically generate: Final Word document PDF version Save files to a folder with a clear naming convention Tools and approach Preferred tools: Microsoft Power Automate or [login to view URL] (open to advice) Microsoft Word templates Excel or Google Sheets for pricing No custom software development required.
