Hello, I am very interested in your project, it looks very similar to my recent delivered solution. This one was developed for a client in the Healthcare sector and is aimed to help managing pharmaceutic products for different categories (Babycare, Femcare, Adultcare) knowing that these products have manay layers and specific attributes for each one of them (Size, type of tissue, market etc) which makes the database (all source data is in the SAP system and is sent to Dataverse using dataflows) very sophisticated with large volumes of entries (since the markets cover all the continents and are specific to each country). The best architecture I adopted for this project was a model driven application, to which 5 Power apps pages were smootly integrated. In the above example, I used user roles (connected to Azure AD groups) to manage the access for all the entities within the Power platforms solution (tables, the model driven app, the 5 pages). On the other hand, many other processes were handled using Power Automate flows (the access is directly managed using Azure AD groups) to send notifications for example and much more (write in the Dataverse tables, make HTTP requests etc). Technically I see that my recent experience aligns very closely to your requirements and I will be very thrilled to collaborate with you, I also have 4 years of expertise in this field and PL-200 Microsoft certification.
