I'd start by checking each RLS policy against the join path for the new role and resource directory values, then add the state rows (NJ, DE, PA East/West, NYC boroughs, MA, IL, GA, FL) so search by state returns from one indexed column rather than scattered strings. After that I'd run the change request flow end to end on mobile and desktop, admin accept, task update, Resend email, and confirm the Stripe plan switch lands from the webhook before I call Task 2A done. Supabase, Postgres and Stripe are the parts of this I work in most, and I'll keep to your existing codebase instead of restructuring it.
