I want to launch a lightweight, mobile-first marketplace focused on iPhone and Android users. Think of the core buying experience of AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy or Mercado Libre, but stripped down so sellers can open a personal shop and list physical goods in seconds. Key flow • A seller registers, uploads government ID and bank/IBAN details (same level of verification Betclic asks for), then pays a flat €0.10 per item through MB Way before the listing goes live. • While the photos upload, an AI service automatically checks image quality and blocks illegal or spam content; only clean, clear pictures pass. • Shoppers browse a Windows-Phone-style mosaic interface: each tile shows the main photo and item name, then flips on hover or after a short delay to reveal price, shipping cost and stock left. Back-office essentials I will be the only Admin, so the dashboard just needs robust user management plus sales analytics; no other roles are required for now, but the architecture should allow us to add “Seller” and “Buyer” roles later without a full rewrite. Deliverables : • Design should be european medieval theme; • Cross-platform app (native, React Native or a well-tuned PWA) optimised for iOS and Android • Responsive mosaic UI that meets the behaviour described above • Secure registration flow with ID/bank document upload and MB Way micro-payment integration (€0.10 per listing) • AI moderation pipeline for image quality and compliance checks • Admin panel with user management and sales analytics modules • Source code, deployment scripts and brief setup/maintenance documentation Acceptance criteria The first live listing must travel end-to-end: seller signup → MB Way payment captured → AI approves images → product tile appears and rotates correctly → sale data shows up in the analytics tab. If this scope fits your expertise, let’s talk timelines and the toolset you’re most comfortable with.
