This system will consist of 3 parts namely A mobile app for the students A mobile app for the driver or conductor A website so as the admins can view the data Functional requirement for the mobile app(students) [login to view URL] system shall allow the student to log in the app. 2. the system shall allow the student to login (Name and phone number/ StudentID will be provided by the school) Functional requirement for the mobile app(driver or condutor) Log in the system Set up(start) the trip on their app(time and location to be recorded when starting the trip to be viewed on the website) Time and location should be saved on every bus-stop to be viewed on the website The conductor shall be able to confirm the student’s presence using his app(the conductor will do that by checking the student’s pass then the conductor will confirm the students presence using his app). After the conductor has checked and confirmed his presence, the data will go on the website. The conductor should be able to pin his location at every bus-stop(system shall record his time and location) The conductor or driver shall be able to close the trip Website The admins shall be able to view/print the data of the attendance of students of every trip(tabular format) The system should be able to generate a unique ID of any students/ or the admin will already register the user Admins shall be able to view the trip details(time and location of bus) We will use free services for db and hosting
