I have a problem with the shopping cart for my digital products. I've been using the Accept Stripe Payments (ASP), plugin to connect to my Stripe account. On desktop, everything is OK. But on mobile, if you use, for example, Apple's auto-fill feature to enter the credit card info, the ZIP/Postal code field is offscreen to the right. (If you enter the info manually, then the ZIP field slides into view from the right.) Since some of my customers may use Auto-fill, I need to fix this. If there were a way to stack the fields (Card#, expiry, CVC, ZIP), then that would solve it; but I don't see any way to do that. (I'm currently using WordPress 6.9.4, PHP 8.3.30, Elementor Pro 4.1.1) I've added a couple products directly in my Stripe account, and I think I entered the fulfillment URL as well, but either I did it wrong or it doesn't work. If I could get that to work (and without the auto-fill ZIP issue, above), and if I could learn how to make it work consistently and easily, then that could be a solution. But I'd much rather do it with a plugin like ASP. If you go to this link on a mobile phone and click Buy Now, you'll get to a payment window where the problem exists: [login to view URL] I'm not interested in a heavyweight plugin like WooCommerce. I'm not stuck on ASP, but I'd like a lightweight plugin that's free, stable and easy to use. Yes, I've asked the 3 main AIs for a solution, but without success. Can you fix this? How soon and for how much? Of course I will grant the person I choose access to my site's backend and Stripe account (developer mode). PS— This is a guitar lesson site. I'm mainly a guitarist, but was savvy enough to build the site, first in HTML, then convert it to WP. But I'm nowhere near an expert at web design. AIs have mentioned there may be issues with conflicting CSS or needing to transition to Stripes' new payment system; iframe issues, etc. I'm now tired and confused and just want it solved so I can move on. Thanks, Dave P. in Seattle

That ZIP code flying offscreen during Apple auto-fill is a known issue with how Stripe's Payment Element renders inside narrow mobile containers — the ASP plugin's default iframe styling doesn't adapt when auto-fill triggers all fields simultaneously instead of sequentially. I'll fix this with targeted CSS that forces the Stripe iframe to stack the card fields vertically on mobile viewports, so the ZIP code stays visible whether the customer types manually or uses auto-fill. If the ASP plugin's markup doesn't allow clean stacking, I'll look at switching you to WP Simple Pay or a similarly lightweight free alternative that gives more control over the Stripe Element layout while keeping your workflow simple — no WooCommerce needed. I can start right away and will test on both iOS and Android before handing it back.

Hi Dave, hope you're doing well! I can see exactly what's happening here. The Stripe iframe isn't stacking its fields on mobile, causing the ZIP to overflow offscreen during autofill. This is a fixable CSS/iframe layout issue. Here's my approach: Force the Stripe card fields to stack vertically on mobile via targeted CSS. Test autofill thoroughly on iOS and Android. If ASP can't support it cleanly, I'll find a lightweight alternative that does. A few questions before I dive in: 1. Are you open to a small custom CSS fix within your existing theme, or would you prefer a cleaner plugin swap if ASP turns out to be the root cause? 2. Do you have a staging or test environment, or should fixes be applied carefully on the live site? 3. Is the Stripe fulfillment URL issue equally urgent, or is the autofill ZIP fix the main priority right now? I've worked on similar Stripe and WP setups before and this kind of mobile layout conflict is something I can resolve efficiently. Happy to take a look at the backend once we're aligned on scope. Hi Dave, I can see the real issue: the payment flow works on desktop, but mobile autofill is pushing Stripe’s ZIP field out of view and creating friction right at checkout. That usually points to a CSS/layout conflict around the embedded payment fields or the Stripe integration mode, not a simple form bug. I’ve fixed WordPress checkout and Stripe-related issues like iframe styling conflicts, responsive field stacking, plugin behavior, and payment flow setup across PHP/WordPress sites. I can inspect your ASP setup, test the mobile rendering, check the Stripe product/fulfillment configuration, and then adjust the markup/CSS or integration approach so the ZIP field stays accessible and the purchase flow is reliable. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. If needed, I can also recommend the lightest stable path forward so you’re not forced into WooCommerce. I can start with a backend review and mobile test pass, then move into the fix right away. Would you prefer I first fix the current ASP mobile layout, or also validate the Stripe product/fulfillment setup in the same pass? Best regards, Asad

Hi! I can fix this quickly. The offscreen ZIP/postal field on mobile with Apple autofill in the Accept Stripe Payments (ASP) plugin is a CSS/layout issue in the plugin's checkout form on small viewports - the field is rendering outside the visible container, so autofill jumps offscreen while manual entry scrolls it into view. I'll debug it on a real mobile viewport, apply a targeted responsive fix (without breaking desktop or the plugin's updates), and test autofill across iOS Safari/Chrome. Fast turnaround on this kind of front-end bug at Global IT Vision. Send me staging access and I'll confirm the fix. - Muhammad Idrees / Global IT Vision Pvt. Ltd

Greetings, I see you're dealing with a frustrating issue related to the Stripe checkout on mobile devices, specifically with the ZIP code field being offscreen when using auto-fill. To tackle this, I would first examine the CSS and layout of the payment fields to identify any conflicts or adjustments needed for mobile responsiveness. My approach would include re-styling or restructuring the input fields to ensure they stack properly, which would solve the visibility problem and make the checkout process smoother for your customers. I understand that you're looking for a lightweight solution that works well with your existing setup without the complications of heavier plugins. With my experience in WordPress, CSS, and payment gateway integrations, I can help you achieve a more user-friendly checkout experience and ensure that your fulfillment URL works seamlessly. Hello, It looks like you're dealing with a tricky issue on your site where the ZIP code field for Stripe checkout isn't displaying correctly on mobile devices, especially when using auto-fill. I can definitely help with that. From what you've described, it sounds like the best approach would be to modify the CSS, potentially stack the fields, and ensure everything is properly aligned for a smoother user experience. With 7+ years of experience in web development and payment gateway integration, I've worked on similar issues before and can help troubleshoot the conflicts you mentioned. I understand how frustrating it can be to navigate through conflicting elements, and I'm here to make this easy for you. One thing I’d like to clarify: have you noticed if this issue occurs on specific devices or browsers, or is it consistent across all mobile platforms? Best regards, Ivan Mandinski

Hi Dave, Yes, I can help you resolve this issue. From your description, it sounds like the problem is likely related to the interaction between Stripe Elements (or the Accept Stripe Payments plugin), mobile browser autofill behavior and either the plugin's implementation or conflicting CSS on the page. Rather than guessing, my approach would be to identify the root cause and implement the most reliable fix while keeping your setup lightweight without moving to WooCommerce. I appreciate that you've already spent time trying AI suggestions. Instead of offering another theory, I'll troubleshoot the live implementation, identify the exact cause and provide a permanent solution. I can start immediately and should be able to identify the root cause quickly. Once I review the backend and Stripe configuration, I'll provide the best solution with minimal disruption to your current workflow. Looking forward to helping you get this fixed so you can focus on your guitar lessons instead of payment forms. Best regards,
