PhoneGap Application + CMS (For IOS/Android Deployment)

I am looking for a developer who can handle a quick mobile project. Please read everything carefully. The requirement is as simple as this: 1. We have created the UI/UX of a mobile application consisting of about 40-50 views. Most of these views are Text which will be pulled from a CMS. 2. Phone gap is a perfect platform for a project like this as the mobile app doesn't use any advanced features. It is an informational app that will allow the users to login and view structured information which are stored in a Database (Managed by a CMS). You will need to: 1. Create this CMS to allow users to Manage the Data. This CMS can be built on top of any open source CMS or you can just do a simple CMS from scratch using PHP/MYSQL or even a framework like CakePHP, Codeigniter etc. 2. Create a Cross platform App to be deployed in IPhone/Android using Phonegap (or other similar technology). 3. You will probably need to create the Webservice/API so that you can access data from the database in your app. We will provide you: 1. Full application flow & Design (In PSD format). 2. There are about 50 Screens (including all pages + Menus). Most of the views are same as only difference is the text inside (which comes the database via your web service/XML/JSON). Kindly Show us: 1. Apps that you have developed that uses your own webservice/CMS. We are looking for someone who can wrap this up as quick as possible.
