Simple Modification and Additions to a Bubble Pop PhoneGap program Game

Hello, I am here to have an app completed for Android devices. It is already coded with Phone Gap so those who know Javascript,CSS, OR HTML and have used PhoneGap it is important that you feel comfortable using this :). All I want it to be re-skinned and add a couple more small power up elements to the game. I am trying to establish these new elements and add in a gamer center and a chartboost or admob. If all goes well I will rehire and add in-app purchases. I am looking for fast, quality, low cost work initially and as I am trying to establish a portfolio. As time goes on and the portfolio grows I will add more complex games and all those who add great work I will continue to add and work with them. I appreciate all who can help out and I can't wait to see what you can bring to the table. I have attached some elements I will need added. :)
