Convert a Duda Mobile site to an iPhone and Android App

I currently have a dudamobile website that works very well for me, but senior management wants an app to basically install to show what the mobile site says. It just needs to launch the web browser to display the mobile site (from the installed app) for iPHONE and ANDROID. I would like to have an additional feature to allow the user of the app to send a picture to an email address easily. Push notifications are necessary.
