Here is what I'm looking for. I want to make an educational English app video. The video should have functions like repeat last sentence/section function, change subtitles from English/Japanese function, pause function, and the video should also automatically stop at certain points and not start again until the user chooses to resume video play. I have already made a lot of videos and I would like you to take the video and make a short sample of your [login to view URL] video will be 37 seconds long for the sample. If I'm satisfied with your work, I would like to ask you to make the entire app. This will be a ongoing job. I will offer a subscription to my educational videos and I will be releasing a new video every month, so I will pay you monthly. I will also need you to design my storefront so that all the lessons are inside of one app so that users can make in-app purchases, but that will be discussed later on. I have no idea how much an app like this should cost, but we can discuss it after I see your work and after you get an idea of the work involved. I'm just looking for a small sample, for now. It's really hard to explain exactly what I want, so I hope we can discuss in more detail via Skype so I can screenshare and show you exactly what I mean. This is what I need to see: A simple user interface with buttons: pause, play, repeat, English/Japanese subtitles on/off. *For the sample, the subtitles aren't needed. I will provide the text for the Japanese subtitles when the real app is made. Hope to work with you soon! (^-^)

??? I did watch the video you attached and it seems to be simple to make you app using MediaPlayer framework provided by Apple in iOS SDK. However, there might be come contraints on the features that you want to achieve. Well, lets discuss the things over Skype. I have posted my Skype ID in PMB.
