DEADLINE: 7 days
We are building a system to help manage conferences, and we need an iOS app that connects up to our REST API.
In this first phase, we need the app to have a simple, nice looking interface that reads and displays data from our API, and that is bug-free so that we can submit to the app store for approval.
(In future phases, the app will perform interactive features as well.)
The deadline for this app is 1 week, but I believe the right developer could do it even faster. If things go well, I will hire you for the rest of the phases of development, as well as for an Android version of the app if that fits your skills.
Most important qualities I look for in a developer are:
Communication -- You must communicate with me daily in real-time, and be fluent in English. While we don't have to be in the same timezone, your work hours must overlap mine for at least 2 hours per day.
Skill -- You need to have been developing native iOS applications for at least 1 year or more. You also must comment the code nicely, have a good structure, etc..
Speed -- This goes along with skill - if you are good at what you do, you will also be able to develop rapidly with reusable code. You will be able to make good decisions based on what the app needs to do, and not need constant direction on every last detail.
If this sounds like you, please respond to this job application, and include the phrase "green jello" in your response so I know you read this full message and are not a robot. :)
I look forward to working with you!
FYI: An example of a similar app/system that we are going for in the final product (not phase 1) can be found at www.zerista.com
