IOS APP FOR A QRCODE GAME

We are Looking for a very Expert IOS Developer.

We want to create an App FOR IOS who can do a sort of Game based on QRCode.

This App works in this way:

a) a user install App from Itunes Market

b) he register on the APP

c) he can start to scan every Qrcode he find everywhere

d) everytime he scan a qrcode he can WIN or NOT WIN like a Slot Machine: an image is showed in real time

e) if user win he can win from 0.50$ up to 1000$ ramdomly

f) user can play 10 times for free, at 11 he is asked to pay a ticket to play again for other 10 times paying 1$ by Paypal mobile

g) Every customer must win 0,5$ during the first 10 time sin order to incentivate him to play again and again.

h) the algorithm of the APP must be created in order to make the site provide a win in order that every 100$ earned 1 $ is provided in prize.

i) user can receive money only if he total win overpass 25$.

l) This action must be done by Admin from an admin panel where he can find the list of users, the list of winners with their Paypal account

Graphic must be amazing and app easy to use. The develop must also upload the app on Itunes store in order that it can be ready to be sold
