iPhone, iPod and iPad Nike Twitter Sniper App

I need a application for iPhone, iPod and iPad that works to get a limited shoe on [login to view URL] in my shopping cart automatically. Nike tweets on their twitter all of their online limited shoe launches on their twitter page, [login to view URL] The release tweet looks like this, "The LeBron 11 'Forging Iron' is now available in Men’s sizes [login to view URL] [login to view URL]". When you click on the link it takes you to the shoe's page where it let's you choose your size then add to cart if your size is available. On limited releases, the shoes can sell out in all sizes in 1-2 minutes because of high popularity. So to solve this problem for me and others, i need an app that works for iphone, ipad and ipod that automatically grabs this release link based on a keyword in the tweet and then automatically add to pre-set size in cart after adding to cart, it should take you automatically to your cart where you can checkout. There should be a start page of the bot with instructions of how to run the bot. The application must have an integrated browser that will open the release link. Also the bot must show live twitter feed once the capturing is started. This will happen by logging into your twitter and allowing the app to access that twitter account. There must be start button to start capturing tweets and then an end button to stop capturing tweets. Also there needs to a settings page where you can input a twitter account to capture tweets from, this is for testing purposes (where you can test the bot by putting in your twitter account and then on that account tweet a release tweet and the bot should open the link with the tweet based on your pre-set keyword and then add to cart with pre-set size). On an actual release, you would put in nikestore. Then on the settings page there should be a box to put in your size (the bot should be able to add sizes from 3.5-18 including half sizes such as 11.5, 13.5). Also a box to input [login to view URL] account sign in details, where the browser should be connected to the account you put in and if you dont put in account details, then the browser shouldnt have any nike account connected to it. Then there should be a box to put in keyword(s) for the tweet you want to capture, here you can put numbers or letters and you can put in multiple keywords separated by commas. Then lastly, there should be a box where you can put in a Size keyword that must be in the release tweet, like GS or Men's because nike can tweet the release for a specific size option such GS first but you might not want GS and you want Men's sizes. What i mean here is, if a tweet has all your keywords but not your size keyword, then the app shouldnt open that link. The lancer i choose must have a working mac, iphone, ipod and ipad to test the app on. There must be no exceptions. Also, the application should be done fairly quickly and it shouldnt be your "side" work. I need the app urgently and I cannot have any problems in the middle of after awarding project. The application must come to in an custom .ipa file that you can drop into itunes then when you sync your device, the app should install. Installation should be very easy and just like i said because i will be selling this application upon completion. MUST WORK FOR IOS 7.0.3 AND LOWER, EVERYTIME THERE IS A NEW IOS I WOULD NEED AN UPDATE FOR FREE. IF THE APP STOPS WORKING OR A LITTLE PART OF IT STOPS WORKING, I NEED A FREE UPDATE THAT FIXES IT. SPEED IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, IF IT IS EVEN A LITTLE SLOW, I CANNOT ACCEPT THAT.
