Need app update and minor tweak done.

I currently have an app in the app store, the name of the app is Survey Now! I need a minor fix to this app, it was supposed to be changed to a five star rating system instead of the off/on buttons in the app. The app is very simple and the fix may already be in the code. i will send the app binary and other information to complete the app. I need the app updated to work with the latest ios version and will test on my device prior to completion.
