I would need a simplistic demo app (no AppStore release planned just a proof of concept app) that would make use of the PJSip framework and the Opus codec ([url removed, login to view]) .
I would like to be able to toggle the modes of the Opus codec (CELT, Hybrid, SILK) and also select various bitrates.
I would need to be able to enter user credentials, a SIP proxy server URI and a remote party URI.
Then I would click "Call" and the client would send an INVITE to the remote party via the proxy. Upon connection I would need to be able to talk to the remote party and also record the session to a local file.
It should also be possible to play back a local file (either Opus encoded or uncompressed wav).
The objective is to have a good sound quality (as good as Opus gets).
The UI is entirely unimportant and I am happy with whatever simplistic approach you want to work with. It's just a tech demo app after all.
Please ONLY bid if this is NOT your first PJSip project OR if you really know what you are doing! :)
