In Unity3d, use the device's gyroscope to implement a camera perspective feature.
the camera will be a child object with displacement (z=-10) of a parent object. this is so the camera will be facing the parent object
when the device rotates (say, about the x axis such that the device is leaning forward), the camera will then rotate about its parent object some degree.
the gyroscope would have to be calibrated such that any rotation is relative to the starting position of the device.
