Hi I'm an electronic engineer with more than 5 years of experience in Android app development, specially in the domain of IOT and interconnecting Arduinos. I'm applying for the project because I have done similar projects which uses OTG port of android devices to communicate with embedded systems. So we can get the file from server and read the hex file. Then we can load the file to Arduino via bootloader of Arduino. Since Android device and Arduino connected as Serial device we need the boot loader in Arduino. As you have mentioned, we don't need the app to save the file. We can keep that in memory because hex files are small. I can test these solutions at my end as I have the deivces, before sending that to you. Looking forward to hear back from you.
