Image recognition to differentiate Real Human face and A Photograph

I am working on a project for image recognition using AWS Rekognition but the current
system cannot differentiate between a static photo and a real human face.
I want my mobile app to take photo of real human face only and it should be able to reject
if the image is a static photo.
I need someone who can help me the technology.
