An integrated Data processing service

We are building a product for Indian Market. This has the following components.

1: A front end mobile application (Android + iOS)(React.js preferable)

2: A web application (same functionality as mobile app)(Django is preferable)

3: A back end which processes Image/Document data(PostGres)

4: A visualization module which provides a graphical summary of the data uploaded by users(metabase)

5: Integration with any messaging app like Whatsapp/Telegram/similar application.

This application also needs to integrate with payment gateway for payment processing. We will be using AWS (Amazon web services) for deployment.

This is a complete turnkey product development which will involve several iterations as and when we release multiple versions to the market. I am looking for a reliable partner who can develop this comprehensively with a good track record of delivery and good customer satisfaction. I am looking at proposals from you along with the timelines and cost for this project. I am looking at passionate , professionally competent person who shares passion of the product team.
