make a "real-time audio streaming" / Hybrid & Ionic

This is part1 of my project: Make a "real-time audio streaming app" for use in a conferencing "like a radio online app" with one of this free services: [login to view URL] We have users and admins and we have few groups - Admins in own group can to have call there at the same time. - users that are there or will join there can get that call automatically. - Each group can receive calls at the same time Features: * Working in background/lock screen * Ability to using Bluetooth headphone * make must be for ios&Android together * record all audio call voice and save them in history Payment mode: - 125 euros milestone1 After make demo and test working I will release it. - 125 euros milestone2 change something "if is needed yet" or fix any of bugs, after fixed and new test I will release it and then you must give me all the sources of apps. *If will can't success to make with my all requests or have a big delay I can be refund the milestone. Then we can go to make new features.
