Need an Android developer for a simple Rasberry Pi project

Android app that sits in a Rasberry Pi that reads in a user ID from a plugged in USB device. Once the ID is read, the ID and the timestamp is sent over to a SQL server via a local network. Scanning of the local network may be necessary to discover the SQL server.
