Qronhood investing app

Hello my name is Ngonidzashe Chikowero my friend and I have the of creating an app like Robinhood, Webull and M1 finance . This app is called Qronhood . We want this app to cover African countries and European countries. We want this app to compete with the mentioned brokerage. The problem we are facing is the financial crisis ,we don't have the money to hire an app developer and pay he/she the money right away. So our best thought was to hire/ employ app developer to be part of this app. He/she will be responsible for the maintenance of the app the upgrades and updates He/she will be paid every month.
