redesign babel3D android app

it is a online working program that shows 3d models in phone.

it only accepts cad files from its own server and you can not import any cad file from your phone.

you should first upload the cad file to babel3d server and then you can import it to your phone from their server to see it properly on the phone.

The project is reflecting babel3d source code from apk and then and adding local (from phone memory) importing feature to babel3d app.

In addition removing account feature. It should be directly open without asking for account.
