Universal Windows App with Xamarin devlopement

Need to develop a UWP app with Login and register pages and a Dashboard with list of items assigned to the user and when we click on a particular item , need to redirect to a form with the provided layout and with view and edit button, If there is not internet connection, then the form details should be saved locally and we will display all such forms in a screen where we have a sync button , so that once the device is online, up on clicking the sync button the details will be saved in to the main data table. There are total four forms of such kind which needs to be developed for the Windows app.
