Write an Android application

I have an android app that needs some enhancements. App is about scaning ticket on entry and exit at different places during an event. Below is the current screen flow of the app PIN login -> Go To Sync Event screen -> Sync an event (application will download the list of people register for envent and event detail from the server) -> go to home screen -> click on start event button -> on start event screen select current place and scan type -> click on Start icon to start scanning people -> on scanning people, app will display person's name on screen -> after scaning is completed user will go to admig screen -> admin screen will display list of total registered people, list of total scanned people and list of people registered but not scaned. -> finalise event (sync all the scan data to server) Normally user are registered and assign a NFC tag from web and mobile app downloads list of people with tag id so when tag is scanned in app it knows the person name. Now, I need to make an enhancement - need a screen where after syncing event I can assign a tag to a person. That is, from that screen I will scan the NFC tag and the from the list of people I will select the person and click assign and system will assign that tag to that person. There should be a text box above the people list where user can type the name to filter the list by that name. If the person does not exist in the list, I should be able to click on Add button and add new person with below detail current scann tag id name gender phone email contact preference Thanks
