Write an Android application

Hi I need the material design for an Android app. We will do the logic coding - we just need the UI design and animation. The app is inspired by the Yahoo Weather app - and should behave similarly. Attached you will find graphics of the app. We also have a SKETCH version of the graphics. Essentially - the app tells farmers how much they need to irrigate their farms, based on inputs the farmer provides and our weather algorithm. Here are the technical requirements. A more detailed spec is included in the attached doc. - Run on 4.1x (API v16) and above. - Material Design look and feel - similar to Yahoo Weather app. - Required products: -- XML for the layout of every activity (more than one if applicable, for example if an activity is split into multiple fragments). -- Respective .java with relevant variables per widgets (only for interactive widgets, not for each and every widget). -- [login to view URL] with relevant support libs, dependencies. -- [login to view URL] -- Any other relevant resource - [login to view URL], [login to view URL], menu_*.xml, etc. -- No special requirements for Testing classes beyond what may be created as part of testing the correct functionality of the required scope. -- All the above packed in a zip file, so it can be extracted and imported into IntelliJ (or Android Studio) as a gradle project. Please provide an hourly rate and time estimation for the project. The screens and requirements will change slightly over the course of the next few weeks, so I prefer working on an hourly basis. Keep in mind that we need this app ready by Jan 20 - and it will surely go through a number of revisions. Also, provide a list of android apps you built the design for, for reference. Thank you
