Write an Android application

I need my client android app to add finger prints features and related to server. I need it done by Friday 5th of February 2016. Budget is $100. please only apply freelancers in android, no company or outsource rs apply. I will give bitbucket access only the awarded freelancer. Important parts:- 1. Which Api needs to be used for the fingerprint comparison. 2. Does Api gives us any encrypted code to save to the db so as to compare ? 3. How the authentication done if the user phone is not having any feature of fingerprint scanner 4. Give me brief about the encrypt data 1) [login to view URL]<< driver_id>>.json?api_key=<<api_key>> will provide that driver's saved fingerprint data as "fp" 2) The API will pass back whatever the ticket app passed to it. Client will encrypt when the server receives it and decrypt the data before providing it in API 3) The device will only display the message in the document if the device does not have fingerprint capabilities and data[:wmc_fingerprint] == true otherwise nothing will be displayed to the user 4) Encryption and decryption will happen on client 's server Rest see in attachment.
