it is an educational application which needs to be made, it can either be made in Android Studio, or it can be made using Eclipse (Java EE). there is already an application which i similar to the one i want to create which is called C++ Programming, now this is a fully text based application withsome links and questions in it, so it is more like reading from a book. now seen as i am a visual person, i would not be able to read loads and loads of text, so alongside with the text i would prefer a video being put into the specific chapter which the user has selected to learn about If someone can please email me about this project, i would be very grateful, and if any further information is needed then this could also be received after emailing me

The pay can be modified accordingly to an hourly plan (12 GBP / hour) if the task is way longer than expected. I have already developed 2 apps for commercial use, for different companies, and i offer serious work while being flexible and available to questions and suggestions. The only requirement is that they are done during work and not after the specific part has been finished already I can finish under the time i have written in the offer, it depends on how the app is really complex with respect to what described
