Write an cross-platform application to generate accurate LTC timecode through the headphone jack

Looking to create a cross-platform mobile application (iOS/Android using cross-platform IDE - your choice) to output LTC (audio) timecode through the headphone jack (when available). It needs two screens -- a main screen that displays the timecode in large block numbers (no frames no frames shown) and a configuration screen where the starting timecode can be set with options of timecode rate and selecting the hour the timecode starts with (0 - 23). Timecode needs to be continuously running even in the background when on the main screen at startup unless changed or restarted in the configuration screen. Example libraries can be found at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Finished application must: - generate timecode that is confirmed accurate within two frames per hour - generate "DROP FRAME" timecode (dropping two numbers in the numbering sequence once every minute except for every tenth minute) at frame rates of 29.97 frames per second and 23.976 frames per second - generate normal timecode at frame rates of 25 frames per second and 30 frames per second - generate "Time of Day" timecode that follows the clock in the phone - display numbers large enough to be readable from a distance on phone Application must have main screen that displays: - large continuously updating timecode in numbers as it plays. Display changes frame rate every second but does NOT need to display changing frames - however, a blinking icon must indicate when timecode is running - must display "DF" when timecode is drop frame timecode - a "configuration" button that takes you to the secondary configuration screen. Button must have visual confirmation when clicked before switching to configuration screen (color change, location shift, or getting larger in size) Secondary "configuration" screen must display: - swipe spinner to select frame rate - swipe spinner to select hour of timecode start Contact me with any questions.
