The background: This engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the iOS and Android applications used by millions of customers to check out new offers and manage their day to day interactions with the first loyalty coalition product in the United States. The sponsors include AT&T, Direct Energy, Enterprise, Exxon, Hulu, Macy's, Mobil, Nationwide, and Rite Aid.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Proven record of designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications in a software product company.
• One or more apps published in the Apple App Store.
• Experience working with Swift and latest design patterns in iOS
• Demonstrated technical capabilities and ability to work collaboratively and effectively across functional areas
• Experience working in high-performing, iterative development teams
• Experience with iOS frameworks and developer tools
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
• Thorough understanding of XML, JSON, and data structure fundamentals
• Thorough understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a just-in-time environment
• Deep appreciation for being a part of a collaborative and cross-functional team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent experience in related disciplines
• Understanding of lean principles and their manifestation in efficient software development practices is a plus
• Experience with Continuous Integration is a plus
