Must speak English. Team works in US Pacific time, must be able to meet sometime during 9-5 hours PST. I'm looking for an expert to help me configure a new space in [login to view URL], specifically for our sales pipeline and proposals. This project involves setting up automations and workflows, as well as lead tracking and customer follow-up reminders. Key tasks will include: - Initial setup and configuration of a new space on [login to view URL] - Creating sales pipeline workflows, with an emphasis on automating lead tracking and customer follow-up reminders - Reporting setup and transitioning documents from our old system (Caterease) to [login to view URL] Ideal candidates should have previous experience with [login to view URL], particularly in setting up sales pipeline workflows. Proficiency in creating automations and workflows is a must, as is experience in data migration from other systems. Excellent understanding of sales processes and project management tools will be greatly beneficial. We currently use Monday CRM with modifications, but some automations are not working properly. These issues include (but are not limited to): - Name, needs split between first and last so that we can email using first name only. - connection between contacts and projects is not working properly in some cases, it should connect the contacts between boards. - Deals are not connecting automatically with contacts/accounts/etc - The rep should be assigned to the person who creates the new deal on the SQL board, it does not. That rep should also be assigned/matched on all other boards for that client/deal/contact person. Problem is that because they get assigned from another - we want to change deal name to an ID number (or add a new column for this) - we need to make contacts and accounts required fields, they must be filled out and connected across boards. - is there a way to promp the assignee to fill out a field when they change a status to something? i.e. if they send a proposal, they must fill out the proposal amount? I need to be able to automate emails so that: - when a lead is assigned to a rep, an email goes out from that rep. (I have email template) - when certain critera is met, an email is schedueled - i.e. a picnic lead triggers a set of emails based on the day it comes in. one at least is 300 days after the lead comes in, sends an email from the rep asking about this year's picnic. I want to do this for several types of events with different emails for each. I also need to be notified if the contact person is no longer working (bounce or auto notice) I need an opt out option, where assignee can mark them as no contact and bypass all auto emails. part 2 - we want to move our proposals and documents for the events over to monday. we currently use caterease and I can provide documents and access to the team members who use this system. The sales pipeline workflows should be crafted with advanced customization to tailor them precisely to our specific requirements. The solution should be tailored for a small sales team of 1-5 people.
