I’m building a compact, battery-powered tattoo machine and need a custom rectangular PCB that can both manage the lithium-ion power source and drive the rotary motor smoothly. Core requirements • Power management: on-board charging, cell protection, and a stable step-up/step-down stage to keep the motor supplied as battery voltage drops. • Motor control: for controlling brushed dc motor. To adjust voltage supplied to the motor in 0.1v increments Form factor The board must remain rectangular and no larger than roughly 35 mm on its shortest edge so it can slide into the existing machine housing without modifications.
