Multiplexer Daemon in C#

I need a simple Multiplexer Daemon written in C#. The program will actually spawn a pool of processes, and wait at a port. When a connection arrives, it will first create a new thread, check whether any of its processes r free, and then send the connection to the free process, wait for the process to do whatever is necessary, get teh output from the process and send this back to the client. If no processes r free, it will spawn a new process. The code will be very simple if you use DOtnet2.0 Framework and sslstream class. Thanks
