Rock music composition

Hello dear Freelancers! :)
I'm hiring an experienced musician. I need someone who has both the knowledge and creativity to make a hit music. So, this is how it's gonna work:
1- I give you an mp3 file with the singer singing the lyrics on a guitar playing in the back.
2- I get a completed song only missing the vocal; which is soon to be recorded in a studio by me.
Please remember:
1- I won't be providing you with anything but the mp3 file above. No written chord progression no key signature, etc. NO NOTHING.
2- I need the music to be original. It means no use of loops, etc.
3- The genre of the music has to be rock, including all of its sub-genres. For example, blues rock, Metal, etc. ( I think blues rock is the best choice for this specific song)
4- The song is in two verses. You should put another third verse in the middle, which is for our rap singer. After you finished the job he will write the lyrics for that part.
5- Please note that your music shouldn't borrow a thing from hip hop. The music has to be pure rock. We only use rap as lyrics.
6- The whole lyrics is in FARSI. It will be much better if you understand Farsi, but it won't be a problem if you don't as we already have the vocal melody line. Please don't bid if you think the language thing is going to make it impossible for you to finish the job.
7- You are supposed to be able to give me everything about the song. It includes project file, wave, sheet music for every instrument,etc.
8- You are supposed to give me a completed song only missing the vocal; which is going to be recorded by me soon after you finished the job. I will accept using of excellent vsts and computer engineered sounds if you have access to such, but if they are not excellent (and i'm the one who decides if they are), you are responsible for recording them at your expense. As i said i pay for fully completed song only missing the vocal.
