My application will take patient data and billing information in a CMS-1500 OR CMS 1450 form and transmits it to Medical Insurance Companies for physicians to be paid for their services.
The Medical data is contained in a MySQL database. The insurance companies will only receive and return data in EDI x12 format.
I want an app that will read my paper claims form and convert it to Healthcare EDI x12 format
The App is prefered to be written in Java
